We loved Danny and Phil’s First Ladies Fishing Day yesterday. The day was well organised with plenty of opportunity to practise casting under the watchful eye of a kind, patient and knowledgeable expert. We knew before we left home that the scorching heat would make the chance of catching fish unlikely but that didn’t really matter. For me, what made the day so special was the lovely family who run Brick Farm. They have friends who make great cakes too! Well done everyone! We will be back! Jane Richards (18/07/22)

BRICK FARM TROUT FISHERY IS A ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC DAY OUT TO FISH. NOT AS EASY AS YOU MAY THINK; GETTING TO KNOW WHAT THE FISH ARE TAKING TAKES A BIT OF WORKING OUT . BUT ONCE FIGURED GOOD FIGHTING TAKES. IT HAS A WELL STOCK LODGE FOR THE ODD FLY AND OTHER ITEMS WHICH YOU MAY NEED. FRESH BACON SAUSAGES AND EGG ROLLS WITH A COFFEE WILL SET YOU UP FOR THE DAY.
