Brick Farm Lakes is running a trout fly-fishing beginner day for teenagers in partnership with the Environment Agencies angling development program. The day is teenagers aged between 13 and 18 with all the equipment needed provided.
Your expert qualified coaches will teach you all about the fishing tackle, the flies used, what, when and how to fish them, how to read the water and how to cast a fly. You’ll even be able to take home any trout that you catch. On the day, we meet in the fishing lodge at 11.00am and finish at 2.00pm. The cost is only £14 which includes your first fish, a hot drink and cake.

Fine Print
This course is suitable for ages 13 through to 18. The coaching is shared between the group. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule without reason. Spectators are welcome to watch from the fishing lodge where refreshments are available. You are advised to dress according to the weather, i.e. waterproofs, jacket, hat, sunglasses and sun block in summer. Rod, tackle, flies and leader are provided. The cost includes your first fish caught.
